HYIP
The page about High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP).
Many of these ventures are online and offer from 1% daily upwards. Some things to note before joining up with these clubs.
- Many are Ponzi Schemes ie they take your money to pay existing investors.
How is this beneficial to you? Look how long they have been up and running and this can give an idea as to how long they can last. So if they have been in operation for 2-6 months, now is the time to start investing. On average they will last a good year and a half and the more new investors they get the more like they will last longer. Try not to let the idea of them being Ponzi Schemes deter you, it just means whoever goes in on the last leg will lose, just try not to let it be you.
- Many are scams just out to get your money
One thing you must do before signing up is research. Let me say it again…research, research, research. Scour the web for information about the HYIP of your choice. Many disgruntled investors will post their bad reviews, but be careful alot of these HYIP’s also sign up to forums and give bogus information to help promote their program. Also many investors will also post positive information about their HYIP to help gain some new investors. All in all rely on your gut along with the information you find.
- Low principal requirement
Another good thing about HYIP is that they require only a very low startup principal. Many just require from a US$1 up. What does this mean? Low Risk. Simply, the less money you put in the less you have to lose.
- Fluctuating Interest Rate
The amount of money you pt in and how long you put it in for generally determine what interest rate you will get daily. Also many offer compounding interest as opposed to simple interest.
- No credit card needed
People are wary of giving out credit card information over the internet especially to HYIP. Not to worry, many only take wire transfers, western union or credit card or a combination of any of the three. So all you need is the cash and some form of identification.
